Being an avid badminton fan, the only mantra for fitness I knew was play hard and eat whatever I like – and I used to call myself a “fitness enthusiast”. Exciting on-site opportunities made me slog hard at my work and I couldn’t prioritize regular time for my badminton. Irregular practice led to an injury causing rapid weight gain to 96kgs and I didn’t want to hit a century for sure. Fortunate to meet my coach and after following the Rustic Wisdom diet plan, my definitions of fitness were shattered, of course, for the good! I understood the importance of diet and proper nutrition for sustainable fitness. A big thanks to Rustic Wisdom for showing me a holistic meaning of fitness 🙂 Can’t wait to go back to smashing ways…
