Being a foodie, I always liked eating outside and used to do late-night binging. Food used to be a stress buster for me. Whenever I worked hard or felt stressed out, the first thing that I used to do was to go out and eat something. Within 4-5 years of being in Job, I gained 17-18 kgs of extra weight.
I always had a goal in my mind to be fit & have a flat stomach and have tried a couple of programs, but nothing seemed to work for the long run. Fortunately, I got introduced to Rustic wisdom and these folks helped me with the program which is more holistic and sustainable in the long term.
