I had always been aware that I was overweight. I would be out of breath while climbing a short flight of stairs. In a way I had conditioned myself to accept myself. I would purposely shop only for loose-fitting clothes.

But being overweight came with a list of other health concerns too and with a family history of diabetes I was determined to shed the extra weight. Only diet was never the solution, I had to regularly indulge in some form of exercise too. My Rustic Wisdom coach guided me through a balanced approach to nutrition and exercise which led to me losing almost 15kgs. I feel much lighter and more confident now.
