Not only did I lose weight, but every aspect of my health improved. I found it easier to manage my thoughts and emotions. Initially, I didn’t believe I could lose 20 kg so quickly and healthily, but now it’s my reality. I’m grateful to everyone at Rustic Wisdom, especially my coach, for guiding me in the right direction.
Along with losing 25 kg, I overcame issues like indigestion, constipation, bloating, and sleeplessness. Now, I feel energetic all day and, for the first time, have learned to control cravings. My shirt size went from XXXL to M, and my pant size from 38 to 32. Six months after reaching my goal, I’m still maintaining the same weight.
It’s been an incredible journey from dreaming of a toned, flexible physique to making it a reality. I’ve transformed from chubbiness to functional fitness. My sleep quality has improved, I feel energetic throughout the day, and even some of my skin issues have healed.
It’s incredible how I managed to overcome high cholesterol, triglycerides, fatty liver, and elevated uric acid levels—all while losing 20 kg in just 5 months! My energy has soared, I feel more active, and my productivity at work has significantly improved.
